How do I add/remove user permissions?

To add or remove permissions for a particular Role, click on the 'Admin' tab at the top of the page, then on the 'Roles' button.  Click on the role to be edited, add/remove the necessary permissions, then click 'Save'.

The changes will apply to any user to which that Role is assigned.
